Hi, I’m Jeff Palmer.  While I have had success with several internet money making methods my prime focus and my greatest success has come from creating web sites in highly competitive niches.

You see, A few years ago I was living on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. Now, if you aren’t familiar with the area, just imagine exclusive gated communities, pricey golf courses, palm trees and sandy beaches, million dollar properties a very high end place to live and visit.

At the time I was working on the internet marketing campaigns of several real estate and vacation web sites for local clients. The tourism and resort industry in and around Hilton Head Island was and still is a billion dollar a year concern and competition for online market share was a extremely high.

As my research and work in these niches progressed I began to notice some internet marketing strategies that weren’t being utilized and set out to put these into practice.

As a result of this, within three months I controlled almost every major high competition money making keyword revolved around Hilton Head Island. I’m talking about rentals, real estate, tourism and vacations.

By using  simple but powerful strategies I managed to outperform several very high profile resort companies, and top internet marketing agencies.

The thing is, I had no real interest in maintaining control of this market, and in fact my real motivation at the time was in testing the strategy rather than in the end result.

As you can imagine, I had no problems at all finding a buyer for the web properties I had set up and made a very large profit from the sale of them. Enough to travel across the world and relocate my family to one of the most sought after locations in Australia.

I wondered if these same strategies could be applied to other highly competitive niches so I began quietly and methodically applying them to the entertainment, internet business, and self help niches among others. In each case, my web sites quickly reached the top ranks in search engine results and stayed there.  In each case I was able to sell these sites for a ridiculous profit to hungry buyers.  In fact major players in these industries and others began knocking on my door wanting to know how I had dominated their online niche.
