We handle as many of your requests as humanly possible, hence the turnaround time expectations listed in each plan. The higher the plan you get, the higher the priority given to your tasks, but we aim to make our service packs as much value for all clients as possible!
No. Regardless of how many tasks we fulfill for you or how much value you get out of our services, you pay the one low monthly cost for your plan!
You’ll find that many bigger projects you may need can be broken down into the tasks we have outlined in our service lists, other than things like website copy or advanced systems work. Plus, if you’re on our Premium plan, your dedicated Project Manager can help you organize your needs.
If you’re on a tight deadline for getting a full website, membership site or launch funnel + assets, it may be better for us to flat-rate quote you. Contact us with details about what you need and we’ll get back to you within 2 business days.
Although Onpreneur isn’t designed to offer full website development within our plans, we recognize that some clients may have simpler website needs. We offer a variety of our own home page templates for Premium customers. Premium customers can also have us customize home page templates available through third-parties. Any subscription or licensing fees are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend checking with the assigned Project Manager prior to purchasing a template.
We have no contracts! Service is on a month-to-month basis. Just let us know 7 days before the end of your billing cycle if you want to cancel.
That’s fine! If all you need is video editing, for example, you can use Onpreneur just for that. That’s the beauty with our service levels – you can have us handle any work covered that you need done in your business!
If you only have 1 website, our Starter Plan may be enough. For multiple websites, our Pro or Premium Plans will be appropriate. You’ll also want to look at the services offered with each plan to see how that corresponds to your needs. Start out with one plan and realize you need more? No worries, you can always upgrade to a higher plan or double up on your existing one! If you need help deciding which plan is for you, we suggest contacting us.
In order to keep our pricing as economical as possible while managing our team’s time, we do not offer telephone support. All new customers get an onboarding call. Clients on our Premium Plan get one monthly planning call included.
You can certainly sign up for any of our plans for the use in your own business. If you’d like to outsource your clients’ work to us, you can do that with our Premium Plan. You can also have individual plans for each client.
